Our programmes are designed for persons with disabilities. Some programmes — GEN-Impact in particular — are deliberately open to participants with and without disabilities, because inclusion is learned, not announced.

There is no upper age limit. If you are unsure whether a programme fits, contact us and we will talk it through.

Core training is free to participants with disabilities. Where a programme has a cost, it is stated on the programme page and support is available. Nobody is turned away from a cohort because of money.

Yes. Sign-language interpretation is available for every session on request. Please give us two working days' notice where you can, so we can confirm an interpreter.

Yes. Course materials are provided in screen-reader friendly formats, and we can supply large print or braille on request. If something we send you does not work with your setup, tell us and we will fix it — that is a bug on our side, not on yours.

There is step-free access at the entrance. If you would like to talk through the route, parking or facilities before you visit, contact us and we will walk you through it.

Most programmes run in a hybrid format. Online participants receive data support where needed, and materials are built to work on low-bandwidth mobile connections.
